IQAC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)of Jyothi Engineering college was established in 2016 to monitor, evaluate and to improve teaching learning process and research activities for quality enhancement stipulated by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council.

The IQAC serves as an advisory body, providing advice and guidelines to the administration. IQAC plays a consultative role for development, application and monitoring of quality benchmarks for various academic and administrative activities.

The primary responsibility of IQAC is to initiate, plan and monitor the various academic and non-academic activities within the institution, thereby ensuring that the institution maintains quality in all its endeavours.

Accreditation is a formal recognition of the institution's adherence to certain standards and quality benchmarks. The IQAC is involved in working on various accreditation aspects. This includes preparing the institution for various accreditation processes conducted by external accrediting agencies. Overall, the IQAC plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the institution, aiming for excellence in both academic and administrative domains. It acts as a mechanism for self-evaluation and self-improvement, aligning the institution with recognized quality standards in the field of education.
