IEI student chapter inauguration

The inauguration of the IEI (Institution of Engineers India) Department Student Chapter was successfully conducted on Wednesday at 2 PM in the EC Seminar Hall (EAB 310). The event featured an insightful talk on "IEI: An Interdisciplinary Perspective" by the esteemed Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. C. P. Sunil Kumar, FIE, Professor & Dean (Retd.) of Govt. Engineering College, Thrissur. Prof. Dr. C. P. Sunil Kumar emphasized the significance of interdisciplinary approaches in engineering and the pivotal role of IEI in fostering professional growth among students. The session was well-received by students and faculty members, marking a promising start for the newly formed student chapter.
