This lab has heat transfer, refrigeration and air conditioning experimental setups. Heat transfer experiments include free convection, forced convection, composite wall, and heat exchange apparatus. Mechanical engineering lab of Seventh semester is conducted in this lab.

This lab incorporates experimental setups for the performance testing of IC Engines, air compressor, refrigeration etc. In IC engines they could study about various performance tests on engines. This laboratory helps the student to learn in more about the automobile components and also about the performance parameters of engines. The experiments are conducted in 2 stroke and 4 stroke engines which were actually in use. Thermal engg lab is conducted for fourth semester students.

This Lab is intended to make the students aware of the all the aspects which comes under the fluid flow. The experiments include flow measurement, practical applications of the basic principles of fluid mechanics and the study of major tools used. The fluid mechanics lab comprises of the performance tests of pumps and load tests on turbine test rigs.

This lab emphasizes the use of different types of machines used in production field and makes the students apt for the industry. To study the principle of operation, work holding and different operations of reciprocating machines like slotter and shaper. This lab acknowledges the scope of Computers in production technology and different expert systems used in manufacturing.

Applications of Mechanical and Electronic Instruments in Process industry are studied. The lab is equipped with various measuring and control equipment like Pressure Gauge, Temperature Measuring Devices, Torque Sensor, Displacement Measuring Device, Various Strain gauges, Speed measuring Device, stroboscope, Force measuring Device, etc

This lab has altogether 36 numbers of desktops with specification includes Lenovo Think Centre Edge 72 - Intel Pentium Core i3 - 3120 Processor / 4 GB DDR3 Memory/ 500 GB HDD / 18.5" TFT Monitor / USB Keyboard & Mouse. Other facilities include Canon LBP 3500 A3 Printer & Sony DX 100 LCD Projector. The design software available includes latest modeling and analysis softwares for designing and computational calculations. Cad Lab of seventh semester is conducted in this laboratory.

Main facilities of this lab include CNC machines (both lathe and milling machines), Programmable Robotic Arm and supercomputing facilities. CAM Lab of seventh semester is conducted in this lab.

Mechanical workshop is intended to make the students aware of the basic mechanical engineering operations and familiarize them with different tools used for various mechanical engineering operations. Practices of engineering work like fitting, carpentry, foundry, forging, welding, sheet metal work, assembly are provided here.
