Talk Session on "Embrace Equity"
The IEEE-WIE SB JECC in collaboration with IEEE-WIE AISAT SB and IEEE-WIE CEK SB conducted an online Speak Up competition namely "SPEAK UP : Just.A.Minute" as part of the WIEbiela : WIE WEEK CELEBRATION 2023. This contest provided a platform for the participants to hone their speaking skills, share their ideas and inspire others. The competition was held via google meet on 10th March 2023 beginning from 7.00pm. Each participant was given a topic on the spot, on which they are supposed to speak for a minute straight. Based on certain criterions such as clarity, logical construction of thoughts and presentation of the given topics marks were awarded amd summed up to choose the winners respectively. The winners of the competition are Diya Peter of MITS, Kochi and Adithya Shaji E of CEK, Kottayam, securing the 1st and 2nd prize respectively.
